Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and may only submit photos of yourself.

What the service is

Facial Purity provides AI-generated visual estimates and general self-improvement ideas for entertainment and information. It is not a measurement, a medical service, or medical advice, and it doesn't guarantee any result. AI can be wrong. Speak with a licensed professional about any medical or cosmetic concern.

Membership and billing

Membership costs $99 per year, charged when you join and on each yearly renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your membership continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

If you're unhappy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and we'll return it. Refund rights required by law aren't affected.

Acceptable use

Don't upload photos of anyone else, attempt to bypass limits or payment, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months.
